For a decade now, Kurume has hosted the “Kurume Kokusai Day,” at Kurume City Plaza ,an annual international exchange event that invites everyone to explore the beauty of global coexistence. In this blog post, we will delve into the fascinating world of the 10th Kurume Kokusai Day,that took place last October 21, 2023.

This year’s Kurume Kokusai Day promised a spectacular lineup of activities and experiences. Here’s a taste of what we have experienced during the event.

3. Product Sales and Exhibitions
Various booths offered international products and showcased the activities of international exchange organizations. From handcrafted souvenirs to informative displays, we had the chance to learn about the remarkable work being done to promote cultural exchange and understanding in the Kurume community.

One of the most remarkable aspects of Kurume Kokusai Day was that it was open to all, free of charge.
